Industry Expertise, Leadership, Vision
Marzi Eghtesadi
Marzi is registered as a Professional Mechanical Engineer (PE) by the State of California and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI). She has over 20 years of mechanical engineering experience, beginning with her university thesis on HVAC engineering. Throughout these 20 years, she has specialized in heat transfer equipment such as cooling towers, chillers, rooftop heating and cooling packaged equipment, split systems, and ducted and ductless mini splits.
With over 10 years in project management, Marzi has led numerous projects, some with budgets as large as $95 million. She played a crucial role in the completion of the Rosemead new construction and Sun Valley retrofit projects. As an expert witness in HVAC systems, Marzi handles design and engineering, ensuring that everything complies with Standards and City Code requirements. She manages project planning and execution to ensure each project is completed on time and within budget, delivering quality that exceeds customers’ expectations.
Babak Firoozi
Babak is registered as a Professional Chemical Engineer (PE) by the State of California and has earned his Master of Science in Engineering from California State University. Babak teaches chemical engineering at the CSU Long Beach campus and has over 15 years of chemical engineering experience, specializing in temperature control of chemical processes.
Babak serves as the proposal manager and applications engineer at A/C Control Inc., where he prepares air conditioning designs for various residential and commercial projects. He selects the equipment and systems that provide the greatest benefits for you.
Marzi and Babak work hand-in-hand on all temperature control projects, from adding central air to an older home, to redesigning the air conditioning of a commercial factory, and even controlling the temperature of an industrial process. Our skilled and highly trained team is led by industry-leading professionals, making us the best HVAC company in the Los Angeles area.
Our Team
All of our technicians have been trained at prestigious heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) schools and have many years of experience in all residential and non-residential air conditioning and temperature control equipment, such as cooling towers, chillers, gas electric roof top packaged units, packaged and split A/C and heat pump systems, ducted and ductless mini-split heat pump units, water source cooling, boilers, humidifiers, dehumidifiers and refrigeration systems. Every year our team attends training provided by the Institute of Heating and Air Conditioning (IHACI) to keep up to date with latest technology and Code requirements. Our office staff is friendly and determined to provide the best service to the customers.
