Single-Zone Installation: Installation of one indoor unit and paired outdoor condenser, properly sized and commissioned. Ideal for room additions, garages, bedrooms, and any space that needs independent climate control.
Multi-Zone Installation: Two to eight indoor units connected to a single outdoor condenser. Each zone has independent control. Whole-home and multi-room applications throughout LA County and Orange County.
Post-Installation Maintenance: Protect your new system with a Gold Club maintenance plan. Annual tune-ups, priority service, $80 off any repair, and a free Tempra thermostat at sign-up.
ADU and Garage Installation: Mini split solutions for accessory dwelling units, converted garages, and detached structures where extending existing ductwork isn’t practical or cost-effective.
Free Estimates: No charge for installation consultations. We size the system, walk you through equipment options across multiple brands and price points, and give you pricing before any commitment.
Load Calculation and System Sizing: We calculate the correct BTU capacity for your space based on square footage, insulation, window exposure, and ceiling height, not just a square-footage rule of thumb that results in an oversized or undersized unit.
Line Set Installation: Proper sizing and clean routing of refrigerant line sets. We plan the route before any work starts so the finished installation looks right and performs correctly.
Commissioning and Startup: Full system startup, refrigerant verification, and operational test before we leave. We walk you through remote operation and settings so you’re comfortable with the system.
Smart Control Integration: Wi-Fi module installation and smart home integration options. Remote access, scheduling, and energy monitoring from your phone.
Air Quality – IAQ Solutions: Filter upgrades and air purification add-ons compatible with most mini split brands, installed at the time of your new system installation.
Electrical Coordination: Mini split installations require dedicated circuits. We coordinate or handle the electrical requirements so everything is up to code from day one.
