Most central air conditioning systems rely on ductwork to distribute cool air to rooms throughout the house. Ductless mini-split units are one solution to cooling or heating a home without the need for ductwork.

This is a unit that has an interior and exterior unit. The interior unit is mounted on the interior side of an exterior wall or a room and the exterior unit (condenser) is mounted on the exterior side of the same wall.

It is a smart unit that does not need any ducts. It is good for single or double room cooling, usually in offices or apartments that are small and don't call for a large central system.

A ductless mini-split can be installed in less than one day versus a new installation of a central system which usually takes two days or more. That makes it cost effective. This unit is extremely quiet too.

It is much quieter than a wall/window unit. It is also more efficient. In addition, it blows air at a lower speed so it is comfortable as opposed to a wall/window unit that just blows rapid and uncomfortable air.
